NICEIC & ECA Approved Contractor:

Being recognised as an approved contractor by both NICEIC (National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting) and ECA (Electrical Contractors Association) brings a multitude of advantages to both Staxson and our valued customers. NICEIC, a UK-based regulatory body, sets stringent standards for electrical contractors, ensuring that our work consistently meets the necessary safety benchmarks. Meanwhile, the ECA, a trade organisation representing the electrical contracting industry, provides invaluable support and resources to its members.

Our dual approval by NICEIC and ECA attests to our steadfast commitment to delivering high-quality electrical services and adhering to industry best practices. Key benefits of this approval include:

  • Increased Credibility: The approvals from NICEIC and ECA serve as a testament to Staxson's reputation as a trustworthy and reliable electrical contractor that upholds rigorous standards for quality and safety.

  • Access to Industry Resources: Our status as an ECA-approved contractor grants us access to a wealth of industry knowledge, information, and resources, enabling us to stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in electrical technology and regulations.

  • Improved Safety: NICEIC approval ensures that the work undertaken by Staxson consistently meets the highest safety standards, providing our customers with the assurance that their electrical systems are in capable hands.

  • Enhanced Customer Service: The ECA supports its approved contractors with training and guidance in customer service, enabling Staxson to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

By choosing Staxson, you can be confident that you are engaging with a contractor dedicated to providing high-quality electrical services and committed to upholding the highest industry standards.

We meticulously adhere to industry codes, practices, and standards, ensuring that all measures are completed in full compliance with design specifications, ECO standards, and manufacturer's instructions.

Recognising the weight of responsibilities and trust accompanying each accreditation, we take pride in our unwavering commitment to excellence.

Below are some additional memberships and accreditations that further underscore our commitment to quality and reliability:

NICEIC Approved Contractor

The National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting is one of several organisations which regulates the training and work of electrical enterprises in the UK.

By selecting a NICEIC Approved Contractor, customers can be assured that the work they do is safe and is installed to the highest industry standards.

NICEIC Domestic Installer

The NICEIC Domestic Installer scheme covers contractors who do installation work in domestic properties.

It is important to use a Domestic Installer to comply with the requirements of Part P – the part of the UK’s Building Regulations that covers electrical installations in dwellings.

The scheme covers the design, installation, inspection, testing and certification of electrical work associated with dwellings, intended to operate at low or extra low voltage.

NICEIC Platinum Promise

NICEIC expects its Approved Contractors to provide a quality service to their customers and, therefore, endeavours to resolve all complaints about the technical standard of their electrical work. If a customer and an Approved Contractor are unable to resolve an alleged deficiency in the technical standard of electrical work, the customer can make a formal complaint to NICEIC.

NICEIC will help facilitate the negotiations between the contractor and the complainant.
